Welcome to Dreamer Consulting by Kim King. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Dreamer Consulting provides professional marketing services, including but not limited to brand strategy, digital advertising, content creation, and social media management. The specific scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Fees and Payment

Invoicing: Clients will be invoiced according to the schedule defined in their specific SOW.

Late Payments: Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

Expenses: Any third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions, printing) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

Work Product: Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them.

Ownership Rights: Dreamer Consulting retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary methods, templates, or "know-how" used during the project.

Portfolio Use: Unless otherwise restricted by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Dreamer Consulting reserves the right to display completed work in its professional portfolio.

4. Client Responsibilities

The success of marketing campaigns depends on timely communication. The client agrees to provide necessary access to accounts, brand assets, and approvals in a reasonable timeframe.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dreamer Consulting does not guarantee specific financial results or "viral" success. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or third-party platform changes (e.g., algorithm updates).
